WOW! I have been running for 43 years and this is it! The Perfect pair of running shoes. They are comfortable very much so., without being cloud like. The sole design is very unique and is built for speed.. if you are used to Hoka & Sauccony, you will need to size up. These shoes are the bomb This pair is size 7,. I wear a 6 in street shoes. Best running shoe I have tried. So sad it's discontinued, the updated versions are not as good at this one (or even similar). This shoe has a wide toe box without being loose, is super lightweight, but provides tons of cushion and support. I hope it comes back or a similar style emulates it.

The media could not be loaded. Very impressed the moment I put these shoes on. I love the springy feel. Very comfortable in the toe. Even though I have a medium to narrow foot, I don’t like my toes tight. These shoes have room in the toe area and fit snug/just right for the rest of the shoe. The support feels very good. This is a neutral shoe. I will use this for running mostly on paths and road but I can also see the shoes versatility and I wear them around town and for walking. I wear a size 8 in all my tennis shoes and they are true to size. ... show more

Excellent running shoes, very light and comfortable especially for my wide feet (I don't feel them on me at all). I gave them four stars only because the size is about half a size off from the actual size. So if you order, order half a size larger than your actual size. I love the look of these shoes, and they’re really great for walking, and pretty great for running too - I run on the mid-front of my foot, so I don’t get as much benefit there, but they still perform well and aren’t uncomfortable. I have a slightly narrow to normal-width foot, and the toe box feels better than the ghost toebox, roomy but not sloppy. Sizing is true to size, where the ghost runs small, so that’s another pro for this shoe too. If you do a lot of squats, be aware that this shoe is a bit funny for that purpose. When I lean back on my heels for a good squat, I run into that rounded edge and feel like I’m teetering on a precipice, ha. No complaints on materials - it’s light. Well, after four bones in my foot broke spontaneously I went to see an orthopedic surgeon. He was horrified by the running shoes I was wearing. (They were about 10 years old and very floppy) He gave me a list of 4 brands of the most pricey running shoes I ever saw! I didn’t even know such things existed! So I bought these Brooks. I was very angry, because they cost $160, and I ordered them in purple-and they sent them in red ! I hate red anything!!! Otherwise, they are perfect in every way possible. Except they are ugly and I hate them! If you would send me a purple pair size 8-I would be soooo much happier. And in a few weeks I’m having a total knee replacement.
