Build & Appearance: Very simple cardboard frame design with plastic/red-cyan filters. They are lightweight, foldable, and easy to distribute in bulk. The white cardboard frame keeps cost low but looks plain and disposable rather than premium. Comfort & Fit: Lightweight and easy to wear for short periods. Love these shoes SO much. I often have foot pain when walking for long periods of time, and these help so much. they don't have the most intense arch support, but I feel like they do a pretty good job of supporting my arches -- though my arches are average. Despite having ample cushion, these aren't overly cushy (not like some hokas or sketchers for instance) and are the perfect in between of cushy and supportive. I never feel like i'm sinking in the cushion, but I also feel like there is good support for shock absorption. I have a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s and those are very cushy, but these have a great in between of cushy and supportive and I feel like my legs and feet are less fatigued when wearing these. I also LOVE the wider toe box. I hate when my toes feel squished and these in the regular are wide enough for me. The quality is excellent as well. I have run in these and walked in these and they are so so comfortable. They are definitely an investment, and I am glad I got the all black color so I can really rough these up without seeing the dirt all over them. I definitely want more colors eventually, but I worry the all white ones look too "orthopedic-y"? But I might get them anyway, because who cares! they are so comfortable. Side note: There has been a huge winter storm in Texas and I wore these to walk outside, and the traction on these shoes are actually better in slippery conditions that my Blundstone boots. That's not to say you should run around with these shoes in icy conditions, but I do think they provide better than average traction!

Husband bought these for his wife: My wife got them this morning. Went straight to the gym after picking them up from the post office. This is her review after putting them to the test at the gym… They fit so comfortably on her wide foot. They did not rub her toes or her heel while working out. She did cardio and weight training with no show issues. They really were like walking on a cloud. After 3 1/2 hours at the gym her feet didn’t hurt in the least! She has extremely wide but short feet that is so hard to find shoes that fit right. She found her pair. She went up some in size per reviews. She normally would wear a 6 or 6.5 but bought a 7-extra wide. The width is exactly what she needed and length is near perfect also. The box of her toes isn’t pushing on the sides of the shoe. These are exercising shoes so it has that thick exercising sole. Normally she doesn’t like that look, but these are not bad looking. Regardless, comfort trumps looks. Can’t say about how sturdy they are yet, if that changes after wearing to the gym more she will do another review. The color was nice! The only complaint she has is that they don’t offer more color selections in the extra wide. She wanted the black and rose gold pair so it wouldn’t show up as much dirt from gym floor, but still look stylish.

I love these shoes-they are cushy and comfy without feeling like your feet are unstable. I found these shoes to be true to size. I ordered 1/2 size larger because if a size comment of them running small. The toe has tons of room and I did not need the extra length but I added a support bed for my high archer and they will be fine.

I am not a walker and I am not a runner anymore. What I need at my age (86) are shoes that are comfortable and solid and help me keep my balance. These shoes give me all of the above and I feel safe from falling as they have a wide base . As a bonus they are colorful and attractive!

Very soft. Wore them We only a 3.5 mile walk the first time I wore them outside. I’m only giving it four stars because I am horrified with the purpleish laces that came with it. You can see in the photo what it looks like. I spent another six dollars buying white laces because they look so much better. Also they were only 47” long and the 51” laces are a much better length. The dark laces don’t match and make the shoes look like they came from a discount warehouse. But the shoes are comfortable and they will serve me well like all the other Brooks running/walking shoes I have owned.

I have been having toe pain in my second toe. After doing research I realized my new running shoes were too flexible and I needed stiff shoes to heal. These are much stiffer than my Brooks Adrenaline and plenty wide (in wide width). Normally I don’t like a big rocker heal but again, they help the toe pain. The arch support is not great but I bought these for the toe pain and they fit the bill. The rose gold is pretty and a nice surprise since most wide shoes are really ugly. They do look a little like clown shoes due to the thick heels, but I don’t care since I no longer have pain. If you’re looking for a stiff shoe with a rocker heal I highly recommend these.
