I’ve been wearing the Brooks Women’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe for a while now, and they’ve genuinely made a difference in how my feet feel every day. I struggle with a plantar fibroma that often causes uncomfortable pressure and pain across the bottom of my foot. Since switching to these shoes, the cushioning and support have noticeably eased that discomfort. What I love most about them is how lightweight and soft they feel underfoot — it’s almost like walking on clouds, yet they still provide enough structure to protect my heel and arch. The plush midsole absorbs impact really well, which means I can walk longer and stay on my feet without the sharp pain I used to get from walking or standing for extended periods. Many people with plantar fasciitis and other foot issues also praise this model for its comfort and supportive ride. I cannot express how much I LOVE these shoes. It is not just the brand as much as it is the style: Ghost. I have finicky feet and these are the most comfortable I have used. I purchased these online because I could not find the color scheme in the stores. I love the look of these and I was adamant about finding them! Only place I could find them was here as all other places were sold out in my size. Additionally, the fit is true to size for the brand and for all other similar brands I have used. If you are a size 9 in Nike, you will likely be fine with a size 9 in Brooks. Lastly, Brooks has been my go-to brand for awhile. This is probably my 5th or 6th pair from Brooks. They usually last about a year or so of almost everyday use before I start to feel them becoming less firm. I tend to lose heel resistance in my shoes first and Brooks has lasted a long time in comparison to other brands. As a ghost tour guide, I spend long hours on my feet, and the only shoes I wear are Brooks Ghost because of how comfortable and supportive they are. The Ghost 16 did not disappoint. They’re lightweight, cushioned, and comfortable right out of the box. The size 8 fit perfectly with no break-in needed. I ordered the Tomato Bisque color—just a heads-up that it looks more coral in person and almost glows in low light, which I actually love. For the walkers out there, this is my wife’s “go to” shoe. Very durable for heavy walkers. Many styles and colors to choose from. She loves the comfort and fit. The size was true to size. These are always on her gift list.

These shoes are great quality and so comfortable. I bought the wide style because I never wear shoes (I'm in Hawaii and we only wear slippers or barefoot) and I never have any issues with my toes getting blisters or crammed now. Running in these are great, the traction is perfect for the paved roads that I do, I can feel the grip with each step. I must add that the laces are also a perfect length and so soft. The look is very nice and sleek. My bf also has the men's one and he's been running just about every day for 15 years and he absolutely swears by these. I got these after many years owning the previous model. These last forever, are ultra comfortable and stable (especially if you tend to roll your ankles easily like me).
