I love these sneakers so much! I have psoriatic arthritis and pretty rough joint pain, but also a neutral stance so shoes with too much stiff support or too much cushion don't work for me. I do trails in Altra Lone Peak 7 but they are too thin for concrete/road for me. I ordered multiple pairs of shoes (Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22, Asics GT 1000 12, Brooks Cascadia 16, Hoka Clifton 9) to find the right fit and these won by far. They are comfortable right out of the gate with no break in period. They are soft and cushioned without being too soft. The size fit is also as expected. Great for standing cardio/weight workouts and road use. Plus they are very cute!

Fit is perfect, true to size, lightweight yet supportive. These shoes feel amazing. I walk daily for exercise, an average of 12,000 to 15,000 steps, and I walk fast. I developed pain in my left piriformis muscle about nine months ago, and nothing seemed to help. I do PT exercises for it daily. They alleviated the pain but didn't cure it. I thought maybe I should try higher end athletic shoes and bought these after doing research. They are worth every penny! My pain is almost gone, my feet and legs feel amazing, and I'm so happy again on my daily walks. I feel like I could walk all day in these shoes. Highly recommend!

Love these shoes! I’ve had and really liked several generations of Ghost, but the 15s are my favorite. They’re comfortable straight out of the box - no pressure points or need to break in. And they’ve held up really well. But as mine were starting to wear out, I was eager to try the 16s. I returned those right away—too narrow in the heel, and not enough support in the arch area I guess, because they put a lot of pressure on the outsides of my feet. Got another pair of 15s, and they’re perfect! I don’t run more than 5 miles at a time, though, so not sure about longer distances.

I like these, but my feet are extremely narrow! The first time I wore them, they slipped around too much during my 60 min walk! I have to cinch them up tightly, so they don’t rub blisters on the bottom of my feet from slipping! They are extremely comfortable and great for my exercise routine.

I love this shoe, it's cushiony, feels great on the feet; love the tread on the sole. It's not a clunky style like some of the newer models which don't have the same qualities; a great value!!! I would buy another pair if I could find it.

I have bad feet among other body parts. I do not recall a time period when my feet did not hurt. I delivered mail for 30 years, was an athletic kid and young adult and have gardened fished, played every sport offered to me and my feet hurt. These sneakers are heaven. I am in bed and have them on in case the dogs need to go out since I can't walk barefoot unless in the ocean. They could offer more wide sizes, but the product is extremely comfortable. No pressing on the toes, which I can wiggle as I type. No rubbing at the ankles or numbness and tingling in my soles. I bought another pair and plan to keep buying them as I find my size which is 8.5 wide or mens 7.5. So far, I have only purchased the Ghost 15 so I can't speak for every style. I don't run either so can't help the runners out there, but I can where them in the woods and the yard and I'm sure they will wear fast, but the comfort is worth the price.
