Awesome Quality Shoe, never tried this brand before and went out on a limb after trying other big name brand shoes at similar prices. Fits great, has a lot of cushion and looks good. Little bit heavier than some of my other runnings shoes but the comfort makes up for it. It does have a thicker material so it's not as breathable as some other brands though. These 9.5m sized Brooks were purchased for my son who wears a 9.5m to a 9.5w in mens because of slightly wide feet. He said they were a little tight and squeeky when first trying them on. He wore them for one hour in his carpeted house - with the squeek gone by the end of the hour but his feet slightly sore. He tried them 12 hours later in the evening when his feet were tired from working. He re-laced them with his feet in the shoes and said they still felt supportive but were now more comfortable. He wore them for the rest of the evening with no complaints. They seem well-made and will replace his worn running shoes. ... show more

This is my second pair of Brooks tennis shoes. The first pair I bought were a little more expensive that I bought for hiking. They were trail running shoes recommended by my friend who has hiked the entire Appalachian Trail.This pair I just need to wear every day for work. I’m a roofing estimator,so I climb around on rooftops and also get in attics every day. I bought the light gray color and I like the style. This is the first pair of Brooks that I’ve bought online without trying them on.     • Comfort and Stability Like You Won't Believe

I am a huge fan of the Brooks brand, having used Brooks exclusively in my position for nearly three years. When I started the job, I tested Hoka and Brooks. Both were great shoes but I came down on the side of Brooks because the cushioning worked best with my feet. After wearing my first pair of Brooks, a chronic condition called Morton's Neuroma, completely went away. Gone! I couldn't believe it. The first several pair of Brooks I purchased were of a flashier design than these Revel 7s, but I like the quietly conservative styling of these black and white Revels. I am considering buying another pair exclusively for leisure. I will mention that I intermittently have a sore spot on the bottom of my right foot, however I don't believe it's the shoes. It must be some issue with my foot. I love the support of these shoes. Despite the exteme cushioning they provide, I never feel as if I am walking on sand which is what I have heard some runners say about the Brooks brand. Really like these shoes, especially for playing basketball. They do fit a bit tighter than most shoes and took a little longer to break in, but once they did, they felt great. Solid support and overall a great shoe.
