I got size 12 regular. They fit my size 12 feet which are on the wider side just fine. Very comfortable shoes. It is more running than cross fit due to the height and padding, but you can wear them for whatever. I got the black ones. It is nice to find shoes that are simple and plain black. That is not so easy sometimes.

After using Asics for years, which I still like, I didn't find them as comfortable as before. I rediscovered Brooks after using them in high school cross country and track. I'm more of a walker now due to hip and knee arthritis and these shoes are great. Light as a feather but still offer great support. I highly recommend.

It’s been a couple of years since I bought a pair of running shoes. Over the past month I’ve returned 3 name brand shoes that were well made but had a very narrow toe box. Not sure what is happening with design but it didn’t work for me. I stumbled on these Brooks and could not be happier! The toe box is proportional to the width and they are extremely comfortable. The sole and uppers are excellent and they breathe really well. Realizing that everyone’s fit varies these work for my medium width foot. Hope this helps.

Size fits well. I use these to walk and play golf in. This is my second pair and they hold up well and are very comfortable. Most other brands lose their support and wear out in a month, these will easily last 3 months with heavy use.
