Long story short: Great shoe. Worth the price for any avid runner. Been a diehard fan of brook's ghost line for a few years now. Been a solid choice for running. Great to see the sizing has stayed the same from the prior ghost models. Was able to order my same size and it fit perfectly. It's always a little worrisome when they change over to a new model, in the past I've had other brands I've loved become unwearable after a new version comes out. But, luckily that's never been the case with these. They continue to be extremely comfortable and supportive every time. While not being quite as supportive as maybe the Hokas, I find they achieve a great balance of support while maintaining a good feeling of what your walking on. The back heel of the shoe is soft, which is great for preventing any kind of blisters or soreness from the shoe rubbing. I've had other brands with a hard or semi hard heel area, and man is it rough. ( no pun intended) The ghost 17 still maintains the classis Brook's shoe look, which is hit or miss. But I do feel that the 17s lean slightly more towards a modern tennis shoe look than earlier Ghost models - which is a plus for me. The color choices this time around aren't the best, with only about four choices at launch. That said, they are better than prior years I feel. I opted for the white/orange and am overall very pleased with it. Good shoe through and through. Mine tend to last around 8 months, 6 if I'm fairly active most days.

Fit perfect & true to size. Very comfortable. I chose the Ghose 17 They had been recommended for balance. I have neuropathy. My balance is tremendously better! I ordered a second pair.

Comfortable, light, and can 100% feel the difference compared to any other running shoe ive had. The price can be relatively high but you get what you pay for is def attributable to this. 10.5 in nike air max. Got 10.5 regular here and it fits likena glove. Perfect
