This is my 6th pair of various brooks shoes and every pair has been the most comfortable shoes I have worn. I bought these for work, black, and I can say they are perfect. They do slip a tiny bit, but nothing you can't deal with, other than that they work very well in a kitchen with oil and water on the floor. They look good and are great for walking 8 hours a day.

Incredible fit from the second I put them on my feet! I love how these surround the entire foot and give very good support with a light feel. Amazing for the heavy walking I do. I used to get really good running shoes about 10 years ago, different brands, then they started getting heavier and heavier, turning the technology backward. Finally! A return to the perfect shoe for walking and running. Brooks has really nailed this iteration. It may be the best shoe I've ever bought. The blue color is stylish and hip. I'm quite impressed with the look, fit and lightweight feel. Wonderful!!

I know these are "running" shoes, but I wear them at the hospital on night shift where I stand for at least 10 hours on hard floors. They are great standing shoes, good cushion, but not so much cushion they are unstable, of course no shoe is a miracle worker for standing, I would say they are maybe a smidge better than my new balance shoes 608's, but both are great.

Brooks have always served me well. Ran 5ks in them, run errands in them. Very reliable. Made out of breathable mesh material, so they're fairly thin. Comforts the foot while walking. And the style is multi-functional. I wear them to parties, out to lunch with friends, taking my dog for a walk...you name it. The color is a bit off- it's not exactly black, but the grey ties it all together nicely.

Excellent Ghost neutral walk/run shoe. Comfortable, good support. I updated my Ghost 9 to the 13, some of the best tennis shoes I’ve owned. Durable and excellent sole/tread durability.

Ordering shoes online is always a bit scary. For me, I already had Ghost 12s and likes them. These were on sale for less than a new pair of 12s so I risked moving up in "model". They are quite different from the 12s with much more cushioning in the heal, maybe a bit less support of the foot. If I had it to do over again, I would have tried the standard width, yet these were so close and comfortable.... If I was going back to heavy walking and hiking, I would try the standard width, but for today's less hefty walking, they are so good.

Brooks are the only shoes my husband wears! He only gets ghosts and they have helped so much with lower back pain and fatigue throughout the day since he has a physically demanding job. they are comfortable, plenty of cushioning, especially in the heel, and a smooth ride overall. They’re lightweight but still feel supportive, they are great for someone on their feet all day! My Husband wears a size 13 and the fit was true to size. No weird rubbing or tight spots, and the toe box had just enough room. The upper feels breathable and flexible, and the black/grey/white colorway looks clean and low-key.
