This is my second pair of Ghost 14's, and I use them mostly for walks and runs - not just wearing them around, but exercise. These fit me well and work well with my gait. I was fitted with my first pair of Ghosts at a local running store, which I highly recommend. This is why I am not going to say "oh, these are the best shoes" - these are great shoes for ME but you need to figure out what's good for YOU. However, that same local store was charging over $40 more than Amazon for these shoes so when I wore out the first pair, I opted to replace them here. I'll go buy something else from them to assuage my guilt... Now, one thing I can say is nobody's gonna miss you in these if you go with the green color. The color is intense enough to make a highlighter jealous. They seem to have an inner radiance. I'm pretty happy with this because I am out at dawn and dusk frequently and I find being hit by cars to be inconvenient.

Snagging them at an excellent price of around $89 during Amazon Prime Day was a bonus, but what truly influenced my decision was my positive experience with a previous pair I've owned since last year. The Ghost 14's performance has been solid and dependable. Right out of the box, they offered the comfort and support I remember from my old pair. The midsole cushioning feels just right, providing a smooth ride that makes each step feel effortless, even during longer runs. As a neutral runner, stability is crucial, and the Ghost 14 delivers on that front. The outsole provides reliable traction, keeping my feet steady on various surfaces. I appreciate how the shoe's design promotes a natural stride, making my runs feel smooth and comfortable. Durability has been another pleasant surprise. My previous pair lasted me for well over a year (in fact they’re still going strong), and I have no doubt these new ones will do the same. Breathability is a welcome feature, especially during warmer runs. The upper mesh keeps my feet cool and dry, enhancing overall comfort during workouts. I always go back and forth between Brooks and Mizuno depending on the model. For this year, I think the Brooks shoes are the most comfortable, very good for training runs and I feel like I could do half marathon or even a marathon in these. I am going to order a second pair in case the model changes in future years, because this is about the most comfortable model I've ever had.

The Ghost 13s were recommended to me by a coworker who runs marathons when I was about to run my first. My initial reaction was that it felt like walking on a cloud. Now, I still have that pair of Ghost 13s for running on my treadmill, and I have a pair of Ghost 14s for daily use. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Bought these for my 12 year old, who goes through shoes like it’s nothing! These have been great for him. No wear & tear like Nikes. These are made for running but it feels like that benefits more than just running and especially for the hard on shoes kids! 100% would buy over and over. For the price, you’ll buy a million other shoes only for them to fray and come apart. I wish i had bought sooner
