I recently picked up running as a hobby and told my brother that he should also. He’s in med school right now so he doesn’t have a bunch of extra spending money so I bought these for him as a gift so he could go on runs to relieve all his stress from studying. Before he got these shoes he ran a couple runs in his converse high tops and I saw on his strava that we was pretty slow. After getting these shoes, man he has a solid 30sec faster pace and like doubled his mileage. Can’t keep up with him anymore but I guess he likes the shoes

I broke my right ankle and had to have surgery. When I was finally able to get my foot in a shoe I purchased a full size larger pair of Hokas. They were very uncomfortable on my right foot. I returned them and purchased Brooks Adrenaline after a recommendation from my physical therapist. I love the Brooks. They feel great on both feet and I am comfortable in PT and while walking around our small town. I liked them so much I bought another pair. These are great for daily wear. I assume they are also great for running, but I’m not quite ready for that yet.

Size 12.5 M 6'1" male, 200 lbs. Primary use: Walking I have have had extremely flat feet for most of my 81 years. I've tried various running/walking shoes rated for flat feet, and numerous inserts. Some were good, most OK, but none that gave me the support I need for walking any distance. Based on reviews from multiple running/walking sites I decided to try these. I was not disappointed. 1. Support: I have been using these for a week. They are the only shoes that performed well and that did not require additional arch support inserts. The arch support is high and firm but not imposing. The lacing system allows me to adjust the fit to maximize support around the arch where I need it (My feet are oddly shaped, and suffer from traumatic arthritis at the left metatarsal, so that's critical for me). 2. Balance and stride: Like many people with flat feet, maintaining balance can be a challenge. The arch support helps control overpronation and the heel is shaped such my forward stride feels natural, and it minimizes shock.. 2. Comfort: Given my arthritis, my feet are never completely comfortable, even at rest. But given that, these are the best shoes I had for moderate walking. I wouldn't mind if the insole part was a little softer, but the extra support is a good tradeoff. So if you have extremely flat feet and need a truly supportive walking shoe, you should give these a try.

When I ordered these I was looking for something that would be better for flat feet. I was a bit nervous ordering online but they fit as I expected. I wear these every day and they work well. Been struggling to find running shoes that support my high arches and wide feet. So far, Brooks has been the way to go. I previously owned Ghost 14s; once I retired those, I wanted to go for a shoe that was better for a larger toe box and found this one. I've put about 40 miles on them so far, and I've really enjoyed them more than any running shoe previously. Zero knee or shin pain after running 5+ miles at a time. I can't speak for their ability past 5 miles right now, but once I get to my 10-mile goal by the end of the calendar year 2023, I'll try and post an update. Overall great shoe and sturdy. Especially for my military folks out there who need a reliable shoe for morning PT.

I’ve been looking for a nice looking, quality shoes that provides great support for my high arches and two artificial knees for a long time. Have tried so many different brands and finally found the brand and shoe that checks all my boxes. After getting my first pair and loving them, I ordered 3 more pairs so I have them for the future as it seems like manufacturers change the styles or availability over time.
