These pills will boost your metabolism. If you combine a good diet and exercise with these pills, you will probably lose weight. But! The pills are huge! I couldn’t swallow them, so I cut them open with scissors. The inside was a powder. I mixed it with apple sauce, and was able to eat it just fine! The instructions say to have 2 pills twice a day, 30-60 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day. The pills contain caffeine, but it did not affect me negatively. I typically drink a large cup of coffee (or an equivalently caffeinated drink) in the mornings, and no more caffeine throughout the day. Having caffeine within 4 hours of going to bed does keep me up. I was careful to always have these pills more than 4 hours before bed, but I did not feel shaky or extra awake from them. I actually feel great so far! I’m just trying to lose 10 pounds before my wedding. I am 34 years old, female, 140lb.

I've used this product for years. Whenever I need to drop a few stubborn pounds it comes in handy. My daughter lost 30 pounds with this product. I use less than it requires at first then build up to a higher dose. Only recommend the pills, the drink is atrocious and the gummies are worse....

Only been using for two days so Ild come back and edit. Package arrived quickly and I found it easy to swallow. Haven’t experienced any weight loss test because it’s only been two days but I have noticed a great suppressor my appetite. I had no desire to snack outside of meals or late night snacking which is usually a great problem for me. Downside is I haven’t slept in two nights. I highly doubt that I will use the recommended dosage that is advised after day 4. Most likely Ild stick with the 1 pill two times daily.

Seriously, I personally DO NOT think that just taking 1 or 2 or even 3 times a day will shed pounds. Diet and exercise is probably the only way to do that. Two years a I did the keto diet and lost 20 lbs in a few months.... but I love bread and pasta and in 2 years, managed to put it all plus some back on. This time I chose to cut calories. Those hunger pangs were HORRIBLE! until I started taking hydroxycut. I do not believe it sheds pounds, but my hunger pangs aren't so bad and I can make better decisions. And that's all I really needed. As an inactive 61 year old woman, I've lost a pound each week for 13 weeks and still losing! I am not exercising more, I'm just making better decisions of what to eat.

These pills really do work when you exercise and eat a healthy diet.. low carbs! What sucks is this stuff gave me a kidney infection so I had to stop taking them. Just be cautious of how these make you feel after taking them for a week.

I'm currently on a KETOGENIC Diet, and this product has been a much welcomed BOOST! Honestly, I loved using this product and would definitely use it again or tell my friends about it. I am an individual who works long shifts (10-14 hours is a NORMAL day : 4-5 days a week) so this product gives me that extra UMPFHHH that gets me to the gym, because honestly it is easier to just lay in bed and get a few more hours of sleep! The product is in a pill, which is neither big nor small but a good and workable size even for the females out there. Two medium sized pills go down easy... The pills are white, and have no after taste which is great! Energy: 10/10 The energy is QUICK, with GREAT STRENGTH, and LASTS! I have replaced my preworkout powders, with this product for the time that I'm using it and to be honest I have been getting better workouts! I do take a PUMP product, without caffeine, which helps with my pumps but the energy is amazing and why I love this product SO MUCH! I take this product first thing in the morning with LOTS of WATER, it I have not had a bad reaction to it! Price: 10/10 PRICE CANNOT BE BEAT! For a month worth of the product you can find it for about $25.00, which I find to be a very reasonable price for the quality of the product! In closing, this product is for serious people only!
