Material gave out in the crotch on the second wear. The seam didn’t fail, the material itself tore. It wasn’t snagged since I don’t normally walk around rubbing my crotch on things. I bought 2, so we’ll see how long the other one holds up.

    • Go Casual Without Sacrificing Style!

These are a great substitute for jeans when you want to be casual without sacrificing style. I bought the Olive in Medium and wear a 31 or 32 waist in jeans (depending on the brand). The Medium fit perfectly. Good taper on the legs but not super tight. When I first tried them on they were a little stiff but after I washed and dried them (yes, I put them in the dryer inside out) with a Bounce fabric softener they're now extremely comfortable... much softer! I've only worn them a few times so I can't say if they'll hold up over time but so far, so good. Excellent quality but a little on the darker side of khaki, bordering almost on tan. Excellent fabric and durability. I wish the pull strings weren't black but my son just tucks them in. These work well for school uniforms. I WOULD like to caution moms buying these for uniform pants - make sure your kids aren't horsing around in them. My son slipped on a wet patch of sidewalk and the crotch seam ripped. They're EXCELLENT quality - I would just say not to expect them to hold up if your kids are super active and such. 10/10 would buy again. AS AN FYI as far as fit and sizing....my son is 5'6" and weighs 225. These fit him very well. They are NOT really slim fit unless your kid is built like Jelly Roll or Caseoh (ask your kids about that second one LOL) but really, I'd rather they be a bit loose.
