This jock is comfortable. I wear under bicycle shorts for 30 to 40 mile rides. Adequate sized pouch for my needs. Waistband is softer than other brands I have, but over time it puckers/wilts in the front. I do find I need to pull it up at times. I find it's pretty much normal to replace them often.
