I bought two towel warmers three years ago. This one, and a fancier one from more well-known brand with a separate wall-mounted control + timer for my primary bath. This one was much cheaper, and I'd never heard of this brand. Of the two, I really love this one! PROS: It's so simple. I usually just press the two-hour button and hang up my towels right before I'm going to take my shower. By the time I'm done, they're nice and warm, and there's enough time left on the timer to help dry out the towels and my floor mat. I didn't know whether I'd use the little hook on the side, but it's also great ... usually I have an extra hair or hand towel that can go there, and it's convenient to have. Overall size is just right for my bath towel, hair towel, and floor mat, and it fits in a very compact space in my small second bath. I like this one better than the other because really, I only need the one timer button (love the auto-shutoff!). I don't need all the other features on the wall-mounted controller, and I rarely (never) take the time to use them. Sometimes, simpler really is better! Now that we're moving, I wanted to install one in the new house. I came back to check to see if this was still available, and I'm so glad to see it is, and there's lots of new finishes, like the matte black (https://amzn.to/3Ff2190). No issues or CONS I can think of after three years, price is great, and it feels like a little luxury every time I use it. Highly recommend!

We traveled to France recently to visit our daughter and her family. In her home she has heated towel warmers in the bathrooms which we really came to appreciate, particularly on damp, chilly days in the winter. It was like having a towel right out of the dryer every time I got out of the bath! Well, when we decided to renovate our bathroom here we there was no question we wanted heated towel warmers installed as part of the project and we are so glad we did. The only question was which towel warmer we were going to buy. We did our due diligence and quickly agreed that the Brandon Basics wall mounted electric towel warmer with built-in timer and hardwired and plug in options (polished) was the one we wanted. We particularly liked the price point and minimalist design, and were impressed by the excellent customer reviews. Also we like the idea of supporting a family owned, American business that is committed to helping children with disabilities. The warmer was installed by our electrician and worked great for several months then stopped working. I contacted Steve at Brandon Basics and he diagnosed problem as a faulty timer.. So that I would only have to have the electrician back to the house one more rather than two (to dismount the original warmer and install the replacement), Steve first shipped the replacement to me with a prepaid UPS tracking number to use to return the original after it had been removed. Wow! Talk about above and beyond! It could not have been easier. The replacement warmer has been in place now for 6 months and is working like a dream. I was so impressed with this company and their commitment to their products and customers I decided to write this review now. Better late than never I suppose. Thank you Brandon Basics. You have a customer for life.

I had my bathroom remodeled over this past summer. After viewing several towel warmers I decided to purchase this product as I like the fact it has a timer and also the option of hardwire or plug in. Upon receiving and opening the box, first there were no installation instructions in the box, the box was already opened and retaped, the plug cord was cut off at the head. Overall there were no QI done before this box left the company as a new product. The box was returned and a new one was shipped with all the components intact. My electrician installed plugin and I was comfortable with my new towel warmer. Now, I only use white towels in my bathroom and on my warmer. To my surprise all my towels got burn marks throughout all my towels. How in heavens name do you adjust the heat on this darm piece of metal? I have to plug it out each time after using it, what's the sense of placing a timer on this junk if you cannot regulate it to on/off. I am very disappointed with it and I am about to throw it in the garbage. I hope no one ever purchase this towel warmer again. I purchased expensive plush white towels and now they are all burned. If this a defective product I bought!!! I had no luck the first time and I should have picked another brand instead of this. There should be a switch that says on/off when not in use or auto shut off after 20 minutes of not in use. Please have an explanation on the proper use of this product so others are not conned in buying this product thinking its the best out there. Thank you.
