I bought this because I needed some right away. I will never buy it again. You can find MUCH BETTER, QUALITY elastic for 2 more dollars. This is elastic that you can use on inanimate objects, such as a doll's clothes, or something. It's terribly frustrating because it is so weak and thin that while sewing with it, it has no substance. It just lengthens and twists. Why waste your time to make such an inferior product? I thought since it was so expensive, that it would be of quality. It is not. The larger amount of elastic is a good deal for the price however it is not a tight or stiff elastic as in other braided elastic. It would not be good for waistbands on clothing but is great for something that can be a looser fit.

This is the best quality bulk elastic for the price I have found. I have repurchased this elastic multiple times. The last go around I tried looking for something less expensive as I use so much of it with my sewing business, unfortunately when it arrived I was sorely disappointed with the cheap quality of it. I can't really tell you how useful this braided elastic really is. We use it at our store for trashcans to keep the bags inside without falling in. We also use this for our boxes in the store to keep the flaps against the side of the box so a customer can look through it, no tape needed. Once the box is empty, we take away the elastic and reload the box. Definitely worth the money for a plethora of uses.
