These cables were perfect for the set of cameras we recently bought and installed throughout the property. I don’t know why those cameras come with only a 6-foot cable, as if you’re only going to install them within 6 feet of an outlet. Anyway, these were perfect, and although I didn’t use all 25 feet in either case, it was nice to have the flexibility of positioning the camera where it was best, without worrying about whether the power cable would reach. I did a simple test using a USB tester, and saw that the cables are capable of delivering consistent voltage and at least 1 amp over the full length. That’s important to know because both voltage and amperage will drop significantly over longer distances in some cables. So, no worries here. The included clips were nice because I was able to run the cable around a white window frame and make it nearly unnoticeable. The only knock on these is that the ends are made out of cheap plastic and probably not glued too well. Almost immediately one of them slid off the microUSB side with very little handling. Now, I don’t expect that these cables will see a lot of manual use (if any), so I’m not worried, but it’s still not great quality. So if you expect to plug these in and leave them alone, they should be fine. ... show more

    • Working well with Wyze cameras
I got the cables for Wyze cameras with a outside case (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HVPBV4Y/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The microUSB side end seems to be long and thus, the cable was bent almost 90 degrees. The camera still works fine and the case fits well. Without the case, this should not be a problem. In addition, I measured the voltage drops using a multimeter. I measured the voltage from a external battery pack (5V, 10200mAh). I am not sure if this is the right way and tool to measure it but the average voltage output at the battery pack was 5.14V and the average voltage at the end of this 25ft cable was 4.74V. When using the cable came with Wyze (6 ft), the voltage was 4.95V. In addition, when 25ft cable was connected to Wyze and then 6ft cable was connected to Wyze ("daisy chain"), the voltage at the end of 6ft cable was 4.15V.     • Has issues with Wansview cams
Good quality product for the money. I was very happy with purchase until I realized that these cables don't work with any of my Wansview cameras(Q6, Q5, Q3 & K3). Not sure why but wifi will not connect if I use these cables to power the cameras. To eliminate wasting time, configure your camera with cable it came with then switch to 25 ft cable and see if any issues. The cables themselves seem very sturdy and well made.     • Used as a Power Cord for an IP Camera
These cords are being used as a power cord for Wyze IP cameras. I needed extra long cords to get from the location where an outlet is to where i have placed the cameras. The housing of the cord is a little thick around the micro usb end that plugs into the camera itself, and I had to use firm pressure to get it inserted , but it went in fine. That is the only reason I have for not giving these five stars. They are working well for this purpose. ... show more

    • The short delay before the live action starts I can deal with for the Value.Your tech supp is great
The 25 ft cords are thinner than the original shorter cord or cable. It is my understanding that if it is over a certain lenght (not sure of the correct lenght the cable should be even thicker than the original shorter cable included with the camera). Having said that I may be wrong but I would be happier to have received these 2 extra attention cables at least the same thickness as the original. As of now I have not used the longer cables yet. But I like the Cube camera so much that I will expend my inventory & order a few more. So in honesty restating my point I haven't used them & don't know if the image quantity may loose a bit of quatily or sharpness due to it's smaller cord diameter. THAT'S THE REASON FOR GIVING 3 STARS JUST FOR THE 25 FT CORD OR CABLE. ... show more
