My son loved these jeans. There was enough threading on the distressed part, so skin did not really show through. My son is 12 years old and weighs about 80 pounds and the jeans fit fairly well. The waist was a little big, but nothing a belt couldn't fix.....too bad it did not have the adjustable waist. None the less, he loved them and wanted to wear them right away. ... show more

My son is 7 years old and super skinny. It's my fault for not reading the description thoroughly. I just saw that they labeled them as "skinny" jeans, which they are not. My son STILL wanted to wear them because he thinks they are super cool. I folded the sides at both sides of the waist enough to sew them for him. They are okay for him to wear now with a belt; however, they still sag a little. The picture is where I sewed them in the back. He doesn't seem to care though, and he still wants to wear them all the time! ... show more

My son is very slim and we have a hard time finding clothes that don't have adjustable straps. He is also about the size of a 12 yr old and he's almost 15! Ordered a size 6 for my 5 year old....they were way too big....maybe could fit a 7/8 year old Ordered a size 12 for my 12 year old and fits him well which is surprising because my 5 year old is big for his age and my 12 year old is on the smaller side

These are super trendy and a gem in a relaxed fit flooded oversized blah and boring boy jeans market. These are all I could find and we searched everywhere. All the normal slim jeans are saggy on my son. These fit my slim child perfectly. I would say these run true to size if not generous. My son is twelve and per his Doctor he is in the 50th % for height and weight(not the minority) The size 10 fits him perfectly.
