My son is 7 years old and super skinny. It's my fault for not reading the description thoroughly. I just saw that they labeled them as "skinny" jeans, which they are not. My son STILL wanted to wear them because he thinks they are super cool. I folded the sides at both sides of the waist enough to sew them for him. They are okay for him to wear now with a belt; however, they still sag a little. The picture is where I sewed them in the back. They need to mention that the waist isn't adjustable like many other pants. My son is 12 getting taller by the day but super skinny so they don't fit just anyone.
