    • Paddle board was good, carry bag very poor quality
The carry bag the comes with the board was very poor quality. the bag arrived with one of the small straps to tighten up the bag torn off and laying in the package. The second time I picked up the carry bag with the board in it, the back pack strap tore off. Very poor stitching on the bag. Could not get any refund or new bag from Amazon on the problem with the carry bag. Like the board but the carry bag is very poor ... show more

Everything about the board itself is amazing. I seriously couldn't be happier with the actual board and its accessories minus the extremely cheap quality of the bag you're supposed to try to use to carry it. The board is great, I havent used many other paddleboards to compare, but the long version is very stable, supportive, and fast enough for an inflatable. I'm 6'4 and the paddle flexes far too much, if you are shorter and a weak paddler it probably isn't a problem, but Bote needs to stop skimping on the quality of their paddles. Also the handle is right in the middle of the board and kind of protrudes into your back or stomach if you lay down, they may improve the design by placing handles on one side or both sides of the board. ... show more

Be WARNED, BOTE has return policies that block returns and refunds. There is a 30 day return limit, must have original box, only 3 days to return damaged products. Also, BOTE will NOT pay the return shipping charges. Customer service becomes rude and disrespectful. I received a Destroyed damage KULA cooler caused by FedEX and BOTE would not except the return or refund the money. I also had the KULA rack that I no longer needed and BOTE would not waive the fees/shipping costs. I also bought a second AERO chair that did not want because the first AERO was so uncomfortable, and they would not waive the fees/shipping. Remember the 30 day return policy, I did not get the products from FedEx until 28 days from purchase date. 2 days did not provide time to even open the boxes. Again BOTE would not accept the responsibility and refund my money. The made me pay the 20% restocking fee and shipping. These are online purchases and BOTE has put in place return policies that block returns and refunds for good or damaged condition products. ... show more
