This product pictures show an engraving on the blade that is not there when you purchase it. Got in contact with the company to see what they could do and after a bit of ridiculous back and forth, they told me to return them if I wanted to. Poor customer service.

    • I love this beautiful skates
Overall I love my skates. They came perfectly and well made. I did pretty well at the first time and feel that they are really sturdy. The reasons I remove 1 star are Firstly, I just wonder if I need to have them sharpened at store or not. I think the seller should put the information more clearly. Secondly, I chose the size according to the Botas size chart and it turned out 5 for me while I normally wear 5.5 in sport shoes. However, I think my feet felt a bit tight at the first time I tried them and I wonder if I should go up half size. But I decided to keep them and maybe the next times would go better when I have less tension and my feet are more relax. ... show more
