Customer service is fantastic. We were notified that they did not have these skates in the size we ordered them in and the seller actually asked us if we would be okay with the Cezar skates which have a better blade. When they arrived, they fit perfectly. The first thing my boyfriend said was “wow these are really comfortable. I would recommend buying size smaller than you usually wear for mens size shoes. When he used to rent skates he was a 10.5 but we bought him a 10 and they were just the right size. I highly recommend these skates. Very good quality!

They do run a size or half a size bigger for adults. I got 7.5 for myself. My regular size is 8 or 8.5. Fits lil kids very well - I've got their actual sizes. Laces are synthetic on adult sizes and cotton on kids - Cotton ones are better. These are quality skates I could recommend.

After ages of non skating I am picking it back up. I have been skating in these for a year, took awhile to break them in. I like the way they look and the fact that they are leather boots. I made a mistake with the size so its a size more then I need. Never the less I have been skating, learning new moves and progressed nicely. Though about 6 months in of 1 hour practices 2-3 times a week, one heal started to separate from the boot and the nails pulled a bit so I could see them. Took it to regular cobbler and got it fixed. So if you are just a beginner or picking up the sport after many years like I am, I think these would be great. Btw when took it to professional skates fitting shop to sharpen I was told the steal on the blades is very nice for this caliber skates.

Very well made, very comfortable, reasonable price. The sizing chart and measuring instructions are very clear, but the numbers did not work out for me, and I had to exchange for a smaller size (my feet measured 261 and 263 mm, which corresponds to size 8.5 in the chart, but even 8 feels a little roomy). I wish there was a way to exchange the wrong sized skates without having to pay shipping. Otherwise a great experience with the seller and the product. Would definitely recommend.

Quality appeared good. Way too big. I am a size 11 Womens...these seemed like a size 11 men’s. Received too late to use for my trip, when I did receive them I tried them on & was. Dry disappointed in the size. Very misleading. Discovered that I am now past the return window. Would exchange them for the correct size, but it’s too late.

The skates fit very well for my daughter who is 5 year old. She said they are comfortable and we don't have to worry about to breaking in like the other skate she used to wear. They are true to size. I would recommend this product to anyone who are beginner or intermediate level for figure skating.
