Received the new system and had it professionally installed last week on my 2019 Grand Cherokee SRT. Upon completion, I noticed that one of the tips was sticking out further than the other. It went back onto the lift and the mechanic and I made the necessary adjustments to even them out. My initial impression is it really does sound great. Is it loud? Yes. It is much louder than the stock system, but not too overly loud. It really gives the vehicle an entirely new character. When the Drive Mode is in Auto, there is some noticeable drone and vibration as it shifts into the upper gears (7 + 8) at around 50 mph. If you change the Drive Mode to Sport, the drone and vibration disappear. Even when stopped at a traffic light, there is a vibration that you can feel throughout the vehicle that wasn't there with the stock system. When you really get on it, drop down a few gears and are at max throttle, the vehicle sounds entirely wicked and will definitely put a smile on your face.

This kit fits great but just like all bolt on mods I ever done it wont fit without some knowledge and custom work. For this system I had to actually put some spot welds and bend some pipes and even weld a custom brace to hold the back because its design with any torque on it at all it comes up and rubs. The most annoying sound ever. But once that was done this system sounds amazing makes me smile ear to ear. Absolutely no drone at all when installed correctly for those saying it drones.

Just had the Atak installed on my 2016 grand cherokee srt..tremendous difference from the stock exhaust. Sounds absolutely amazing. Youtube videos do no justice on the sound notes of this exhaust. Beautiful low rumble and screams when you take off. Absolutely no drone in the cabin while cruising on the highway. Absolutely floored at how good the Jeep sounds. My son has a 2018 charger scat and couldn't believe his ears. 5 stars to Borla!!!!! Note: this exhaust when first installed will smoke like crazy..just left over oil from the mandrel bends and cuts..clears out in a few minutes.

Love!!!!! the sound on cold start up and wot. Surprisingly more quiet in the cabin at cruising speeds than the stock exhaust according to my Apple watch with Zero drone what so ever. The "crackle and pop " on certain downshifts reminds me of my old c63. Great product so far.

Put this on my 2017 Grand Cherokee SRT. Take your time tapping either end of the pipes to align the system. I managed to get mine within 1/4" either side of center. Gained noticable power and the sound is excellent, I went with the quieter of the two versions.

I have purchased Borla Exhaust for other cars in the past and was not happy with the sound because they were too quiet. This exhaust is not quiet. I love the sound and i feel like I have a new SUV. I installed this on my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee SRT. My SRT has a 6.4L HEMI, it is a perfect match for this exhaust.
