Poor POOR quality. At least a third of the balloons had small holes upon blowing up. I was using these as carnival prizes, so this was a disaster. I also discovered the balloons had a brownish powder all over them. It got all over my hands and in my mouth from blowing up the balloons. It was horrible. I'm seriously disappointed ... show more

    • Late, damaged product
It was delivered after my son's birthday by like a week and it was shipped in a bag that said "damaged product ". Since it has been so late since I got it, I didn't bother to return it. But a third of the balloons didn't work.
