When I set out looking for briefs that would comfortable and good looking these got my attention. They're soft like cotton without the pilling or losing stretch. The waistband doesn't roll over. There are no visible lines when you're not wearing dense fabric. As for the "athletic cooling" aspect I could only say that they don't feel oppressive on warmer days or just lounging around. Boody briefs (the original, not the current version) are super comfortable and worth the price. I would even go as far as saying that I feel sexy in them. While it sounds like an exaggeration, it isn’t. This sack hammock gently cradles the boys. Yet keeps the twig and berries in their place while feeling so soft. The waist band feels like it isn’t tight but maybe other drawers just hold too roughly. Never the less they work great, feel great and the better half likes the “appearance”. While I can’t vouch for their longevity they are great now. Gonna have to get more pairs for the pair. ... show more

I tried these for myself & I will never wear another kind of underwear again! I convinced my boyfriend to try them and he just got his 3rd pair and said to me last night that he will never wear another kind of underwear again! We love Boody underwear!! I have searched long and hard to find seamless briefs like these ,,, great cut , light and wicking , supportive and soft , no creep and stays put , can wear 24 hrs and still be comfortable to continue wearing , yes the waist band does roll down in front , but they are still comfortable to wear .

This is expensive underwear (about 3X the cost of regular cotton underwear), but it's very soft & comfortable, good for the environment and doesn't show any wear and tear from going through the wash on the normal setting in warm water, once a week, with the rest of my dark clothes. I only bought one pair to test it out, but I'll definitely buy more, provided that it lasts for a year or more. ... show more

These briefs are excellent! Good stretch and support so you don't bounce around, lower profile than a traditional brief and being a shorter waist guy I appreciate that very much. (I have a pair of name brand running briefs that I have to roll twice just so they don't go halfway up my stomach). Have to say thank you for these because I have been searching for something that isn't a boxer jock to use for running and active wear. Even went so far as to try some ladies styles (the more stretchy ones at least). If you are someone who sweats these will do way more breathing than cotton. Not quite as much moisture transport as a true tech fabric but that would probably only matter to someone wanting to use them for really extended training sessions. For someone spending their day active in the heat like a delivery driver, officer, etc. these can go a long way to eliminate or at least severely delay the onset of the swamp*** feeling! When you factor in the sustainable fiber part of it these are really fantastic. ... show more

Super soft! Other products I've tried such as hiking for a day gave a rash after a while due to the harsh mesh or poor material reaction to athletic use. These wick nicely and feel like you could nestle into a comfy nap. I picked up another couple of pairs after trying out the first pair. Not happy about the pricing. I like them so much I have been trying to re-order. Not sure I understand why all sizes are $14.95, except for the large and for those they want $20.70. Even the X-Large are cheaper. This is only on Amazon as on the Boody website they are the same price. Also why are the 5-packs not available as a choice on Amazon? ... show more
