This product is a combo of elderberry/hair growth and lactation support. The flavor is good but I had another gummy (baby blues) that has hair growth and mood support that I prefer. Fridamom has a lactation gummy that tastes awful but works well. I’ll keep looking for a tasty lactation only gummy. I’ve read other reviews and I just think honestly some sups only work for certain people. These gummies have helped me boost supply.. the flavor isn’t the best but it’s doable and you get used to it. Their protein definitely boosted my supply as well.. my breast filled over night and leaked (which they haven’t done since early PP) I still use the gummies anytime I need a little boost…also it fills my left breast up a lot more than my right but maybe that’s just my ducts lol but it is very noticeable :( Oh yeah the protein doesn’t taste the best either but put it in a strong smoothie and it will be okay. ... show more

the smell is overbearing the taste is okay do i want to eat them everyday no they all stuck together i have to shake the bottle everytime they get the job done i went from pumping 3oz to 6oz

The only complaint she has is that she doesn't really like the taste of them, but for the increased production of milk she's taking them. I also bought her the Boobie bars to take every other day.
