The quality of this mannequin was WAY better than I expected. The material is a beautiful black velvet over a hard plastic body. I was so happy to find out this one was NOT that cheap styrofoam body. It is very lightweight less than 10 pounds. Instructions seemed simple and easy enought to understand and follow. However, I did not need the instructions because it was very easy to put together and had no problems at all. Shipping was incredibly FAST. Mine came a week early to my surprise. I was extremely happy with that. The packaging was really great and they packed it very well. I was actually impressed with how they managed to get everything in the box securely and kept any damage from happening to the torso of the mannequin. Each small piece was wrapped in card board and bubble wrap. There was also styrofoam keeping the post of the base from being damaged. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this mannequin if you are using it for small tasks. I probably would not use it for seamstress purposes because I would not say this is pinnable. If you are using it for taking pictures of items for sale and clothing, absolutely. I am using mine to put my clothes on for pictures to post them for sale. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and so thankful for everyone that made their reviews. Wow! I had a great experience purchasing this item. I purchased the item on January 29 and received confirmation that it shipped the next day, with an anticipated delivery date of February 5th-12th. I was a little bummed it would take awhile to ship, but as this it not eligible for prime, that was to be expected. However, the item arrived on February 2nd! I was really excited it came early as this was ordered for my new Poshmark business and I was really hoping to get the ball rolling ASAP. The mannequin looks great and functions as advertised. It is sturdy yet lightweight, obviously if you're really rough with it I don't imagine it would be difficult to damage as it is foam but just be careful and patient when donning/doffing items and you won't have any problems. No piling up of cover material, it fits the body perfectly and without wrinkles. I was initially a little nervous when I received it as the package was a bit damaged during the shipment process (pictured), but luckily the mannequin itself was fine upon unboxing. It does the job , easy to put together ,adjustable , the material is kind of soft but not fancy . Not completely sturdy it wiggles easily. Be aware the shipping costs $19.99 .

I bought the white one and am very pleased . It was a great price and easy to assemble. Gently wiggle the legs when attaching them; don't try to force them. The wood seems like it could break. Once they are in, they are stable. It's lightweight and easy to move while I'm using it for my sewing projects (mostly pinning). I haven't had a problem with it tipping over as some people noted but it could be an issue if using it as a display in a shop. It is covered in a sort of velvet fabric so clothing doesn't slide over it easily. I attached a close up pic to show it. I would estimate it to be around a US size 6. I ordered 2 of these. I'll start with the good. Very light weight & easy to put together. Now the bad- as soon as I took out of the box the paint was chipping all off the metal pole. There is a piece on the bottom that's a beige color so it stands out on the white, I can't get the legs to feel super sturdy therefore it wobbles a bit. & the last thing that kinda irritated me, they charged almost $20 each for shipping. I weighed and measured the boxes and put everything into usps & it was under $9 each, so they are over pricing on shipping to make more of a profit. They r ok for what I'm needing them for but if I had a storefront there's no way I'd put these in there. ... show more
