For someone who's been skeptical of bracelets like these for a long time and is a first time buyer of one, I must admit this product has met and surpassed my expectations. I bought one for myself and gifted one to my girlfriend, and it has worked as promised. It has no problem connecting with a modern phone, and as long as the bracelet and your phone are within Bluetooth range of each other, you can receive and send touches with only a small delay. The bracelet is durable, fits well, doesn't look gaudy, and comes with a great app that helps track touches and make your own touch language. For someone who has to travel a lot for work, it has done wonders for my relationship this far and has helped bridge the distance when I need to travel for a long time. It has helped put my girlfriend at ease, and made checking in on each other as simple as a touch or two. I sincerely recommend it.

I had the previous bondtouch and was excited when they made a version that sits more flush on the wrist. The sleek design is super cute and the light bar is bigger than the other version. My problem is with it staying on, Even the other version gave a little trouble in the beginning with getting metal peg through the bracelet a few times, that got easier with time. However with the new bracelet, i'm not sure if its the texture of the dips, but for some reason the metal peg holding it on doesn't want to go through the holes or stay there after I make sure its securely in place. Mind you Im a student and work retail so i'm running around a lot but this bracelet has fallen off quite a few times and it stresses me out because its an expensive luxury item for me to lose. I hope they can add a safety strap or some kind of thin silicone band for extra security in the future because I want to love it to badly.

Its a good product. It came just a little scuffed up but not bad at all. My only complaint and why its not 5 stars is in order to wake it and start sending touches, you have to double tap it. Sometimes those initial double taps don't register so it takes a few tries. Some of the reviews have said they fall off easily. Me and my boyfriend have had no issues with this however. They seem to stay on pretty securely. The app works great. I like making up our on tap language with different colors and meanings. I did notice one review said it isn't waterproof. This is correct. Don't bring it in the pool with you. It is water resistant not water proof so it will be fine if you sweat or something. Just dont soak it. :) aside from the little delay I mentioned I have had no problems with it at all with connection or my boyfriend receiving touches! Great product!

LOVED this product, but unfortunately the waterproofing isn’t as good as advertised. i went swimming a few days ago while wearing it, which is something you are supposed to be able to do, and it has completely stopped working. i’m incredibly disappointed. this isn’t a cheap item to replace and im not in a place to do so right now. this is incredibly disappointing.

This bond touch bracelet is not compatible with other types of bond touch bracelets which is perfectly fine because it gives you all of that needed information in the description. Waterproof and great battery! Overall great product at a good price.
