All cheap plastic parts, it winds badly. Not even at all. It would be quicker and easier to wind a bu ch on your sewing machine than use this.

Seems a bit cheaply made but just so it winds the bobbin. READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE OPERATING. Will save some frustration if you do. Lol

I bought this in hopes it would work with my Husqvarna Viking machine bobbins. The bobbins that came with the winder device snapped onto the winding post easily. After much pushing and shoving I got one of my Husqvarna bobbins pushed almost all the way down on the post. It wound fine, but since the winding sensor couldn't work at that position, I had to visually know when to stop the winding. I did two or three more of my bobbins with the same results. I might keep the device and hope my bobbins will snap into place easier after using them in the winder over time. Does anyone have other suggestions?

This is a cheap, but working bobbin threader. It actually works better than my machine bobbin threader, so I'm happy. It came with extra bobbins, but not all machines take the same shape bobbin. Still, the bobbin holder is nice.
