Because we had such a positive experience from our first purchase, I decided to buy this back massager as well. This thing is a lifesaver! The design is simple, and it's super easy to use. The massage nodes hit just the right spots, and gives a relaxing massage. I love that I can read a book, or watch tv while it's kneading away! The heat function is a nice touch, adding that extra bit of comfort. I especially like that it's bigger than other models I viewed, so it can cover a lot more area at a time. It's also not too heavy, so I can move it around easily. Honestly, I look forward to using it every day after work. It helps relieve the tension in my back, especially from the long hours sitting/standing at my computer. I feel so much more relaxed afterwards. If you're in need of a reliable back massager, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's affordable, effective, and totally worth it. ... show more

To start, this unit functions well as far as the kneading modules are concerned. The good: It came packaged securely. It is solidly built. The power cord is a decent length, but you may still need an extension cord depending, of course, on how far you are sitting from an outlet. The material that surrounds the unit is comfortable. It has two modes/directions during operation that is switchable, and it’s a “round Robin” switch…which means long press it once, it turns on and starts in one direction WITH heat, another short press and it changes direction, another short press and it goes back to the original direction WITHOUT heat, and another press and it again switches direction…without heat. Long press it again to turn unit off. It has a built in 15 minute timer…this feature is IMPORTANT if you’re like me and fall asleep while it’s running (it does feel great after a long day!). The ‘I wish’ list: I wish the heat was more pronounced. Most of the time I could hardly feel it. I’d appreciate a remote control…or an in-line control switch maybe attached to the power cord…so I didn’t have to reach behind the unit and switch modes. It’s not a very heavy unit…but it does carry a bit of weight. But that adds to the sturdiness of the unit. Final thought…I really like this product. They did a good job with quality and feel! The effectiveness of the unit significantly outweighs the subjective ‘I wishes’! If you purchase this, you’ll like it. I’d definitely buy again!! ... show more

Today is Saturday 4/06/2024...So far so good it's very smooth rolling no clicking noises like my other back massager. I like that and my lower back loves it. The heat is very hot (comfortable hot )omg it's like my heating pad along with a back massager..Good Job♡.. usually I can't feel the heat on my other massages this intense this is a great thing ....I will update in a few more weeks just to be sure I really like it or not .. stay tuned ... show more
