Buyer beware no where in the reviews is it mentioned that once the seat is joined with the base you can not separate them! I had to cut the black plastic in order to remove the seat. Being that I had purchased the 11 inch pedestal as well it was imperative that I would be able to remove the seat. I do like the product but I didn’t like having to butcher my purchase to make it usable for my needs. ... show more
