These are comfortable. I have many pairs of BA jeans. This style is a little larger but I would not recommend sizing down. Just be aware they are baggier than similar styles.

I'm 5'2, 108-110 lbs, usually wear a size 0, even though my measurements are 35-24-37 (because I'm super short and have a 28 inch ribcage/bandwidth). That said, I genetically carry a lot of weight in my torso/bust/butt area, with pretty naturally skinny arms and legs. I virtually never wear a 1, and often a 0 is too big for me, but these are juniors pants, so plan to adjust your normal size accordingly (Probably size up at least 1, but possibly 2 sizes) That said, I got a 1 and it's EXTREMELY tight. As in, it's sort of painful after a while, because it's really tight in my legs/abs, even though I have extra room at the waist. I'm going to keep them, because they look really good on me, but they're admittedly hard to sit/eat in/do anything in. They do stretch a little b/c of the spandex, and that's helpful at the waist, but, like I said, not so much on my booty/legs. I should definitely have gotten a 3 for more comfortable, long-term wear, and probably will, if I order another pair. Edit: I DID buy another pair of these in the light blue in a size 3 and it's a lot more comfortable, especially in my abs/butt region, though STILL tight in my legs; really tight in my calves. As in, I have to slowly peel them off my body (ya'll know what I'm talking about ;)) Interestingly, both the 1 and the 3 are a pretty good length for me. I do have long legs for my height and a literally child-sized torso (My 5'7 sister and I have virtually the same leg length, because she has a long torso and I have long legs), but it's still strange that the 1 and the 3 are both more-or-less a good fit, no roll-up or hemming required...this might mean that they'll be short for taller people, or that the 1's will shrink too much over time, but I can't speak to that yet. ... show more

I've tried many brands throughout my 55 years of life and this brand is by far is the most comfortable , flattering fit . . . . . sadly the button broke off after 2 days . It's fixable, I just have to find the perfect button that will snap into the backing. Otherwise it would definitely have gotten a five star from me. Thankfully I'm losing my Covid weight (30lbs in 8 months YIKES, from 100 to 130, I'm short and frail, thin boned, so the extra weight wasn't too flattering at 5 feet 2 inches. Even though the button popped off after two days, I'm sticking with this brand. I love it. ... show more

I don't know how "butt-lifting" these jeans are but the fit is pretty good. I wish I had gone one size down. I'm 5'6, about 150lbs and I got a size 11. I wish now I'd gotten a size 9 because they're just a little looser than I'd like. I haven't washed and/or dried them yet so maybe once I do, it'll make a difference. The only other thing that I don't like about these jeans is the rips, they're cut into very deliberate points, almost M shaped and it just looks a little strange. When I buy jeans with rips, I want the rips to look like they've come from being well-worn, which is not what you get with these. So... in conclusion, if you're looking for a huge miracle to happen to your butt when you put on these jeans, you will be disappointed and the rips could look a little better, but for the price, they are a good fit and a cute pair of jeans. ... show more

    • Break them in - so much better after that!
When I first got them they seemed like they might be too tight. They’re super thick denim and almost stiff like I couldn’t really get one of the two buttons through the hole without some effort. But I wore them anyway and washed em now a couple times and broke them in. I love them! People compliment them even more than I would expect. I’d buy another pair for sure. I am about 5’8, an athletic 130-135lbs (sorry I don’t have a scale lol), last measured hip33”, waist28.5” and whichever size it says I got (5 maybe?) my thighs and calves aren’t very small but I love the snug skinny jean. I don’t know that I would consider these legit high waisted but that actually is better in my opinion. They aren’t low -they’ll tuck a little belly pudge still. ... show more

    • Finally a great pair of ankle length jeans
I looked everywhere for ankle length jeans, but couldn’t find the right pair. These ended up being perfect. The jeans hit right above my ankles making them perfect to wear with ankle booties or strappy heels. I’m 5’3”. These jeans are a bit more high-waisted than expected, but it’s actually very flattering. As far as sizing, they’re more like junior size so I went with size 11. I’m normally a size 8/10. The 11 fits perfectly. I weigh 140 lbs. The jeans have a little stretch so they’re pretty forgiving. The quality is also good, especially for the inexpensive price. I love these jeans so much I immediately bought another pair in the medium blue, which I also love, and the white which I’m waiting for. Definitely a great buy. ... show more

    • Love them but to small for me.
These are cute however, I ordered an 11 and they are to tight in the waist and thighs, so most likely will be returned for a larger size. I am normally an 8/10 and even though thisnis a junior size 11 should fit, if they offered missy the fit would be more rounded in hips. But they are cute. And can't beat the price point. ... show more

These are a perfect fit and sizing is spot on. The only thing I don't like about them is the ankles. They look a little different than in the picture and the jeans are a little shorter than I would have liked. Maybe after I wash them a few times I'll be ok with the ankles.
