I started wearing Malibu canvas shoes several years ago. The Marley style is my favorite. I have gone through probably 2 dozen pair, all different colors. I love them! They are comfortable, cute, and easy. I rotate them, and they last a good couple of years. If you are flexible on color, you can get them as low as $21.00. I love these new black ones. I have a wide foot, and the 7.5 is just right for me. The only drawback is if you have arch problems. This shoe does not have real arch support. Luckily I don’t have that issue. You could put supports in if needed. Otherwise would recommend trying a pair.

Blowfish Marley's are so comfortable, although the arch support isn't the best I've ever experienced. They are stylish; not bulky, very streamlined, don't take up much room in my luggage. I purchased the white ones as a replacement for my previous pair (purchased elsewhere), which had grown a wee bit dingy with constant wear. I washed them in hot water....they came out very clean, but could permanently see the glue lines where the canvas covered the toe shield and joined the sole after they air-dried :( Trying again.

These are great to wear sockless. The tongue is a bit tricky to fit but the tongue is comfortable because it's wide. Just hold the tongue while slipping them on and fiddle a bit and all should be good. I'm even wearing these on the milder days of Wisconsin winters. The threads loosen up due to the rough edge sewing for 'the look' of the shoe (carefree and loose). I just snip them off. Does not harm the shoe that I can tell. Have worn them quite a bit and on a trip.

The media could not be loaded. I normally am a comfort and sneaker girl but wanted something “cuter”. Aesthetically I love these shoes. Once they’re on is another story. I got two colors in two different sizes bc I was new to this brand and figuring it out. 8 was recommended and LOOKED perfect once they were on my feet. But, I had a lot of trouble getting them on they were so tight. But my toe was right where it should be in the tip of the shoe when sized correct. But the heel and toe were tight and uncomfortable and I could tell I’d get blisters with no socks. Que the 8.5 size I got in another color. Those fit more comfortably and I’d be able to wear socks with these but they made my feet look huge. And there was extra toe room, they were too long but everything else was great. In the video you can see the toe is more pointy. I get self conscious about “clown feet” since I am taller. Ultimately there was going to be a trade off for these shoes no matter what size I chose. So sadly I returned both pairs. I also get the impression these are designed to be worn without socks which is just something I don’t do for personal comfort reasons. I tried both pairs on with and without socks and found sizing more accurate without socks and they honestly looked better without socks. Might be able to skate by with the thin summer no show socks. One color I got (the 8.5 vapor gray) had TERRIBLE grip on the soles. I was slipping on our dry ceramic tile. They actually looked lightly worn already. It’s so sad, they’re so cute and I really wanted to keep them both.
