I have several blow fish shoes , including sandals and slides. These sneakers are well made and very comfortable. I will say of this particular style and pair that they run narrow. I have tennis balls in these to stretch out the front area. That is the only reason that i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I have 5-6 other pair of blowfish sneakers and they are all average width. ( regular) Some run a half size small so consider that when you order. The good news is they are very versatile, last well, hold up in the washer, and go with anything. I work in a medical setting, so comfy shoes are an absolute must. These shoes are super comfortable, decently wide in the toe box, unintentionally zero drop, and super stylish. They're just a great shoe. I do rounds every 15 to 30 minutes, depending where I'm working, and I haven't had any issues with rubbing or sore feet. One of our nurses wears them too! Love these shoes!! They're comfortable and durable- a little slippery the first day or so, once the fuzzy lining wears off the rubber sole they're fine. I see a lot of reviews saying they're too small but I usually wear a 5 1/2 and the 6 fits perfect for me. They are Narrow tho- especially in the toes. You can stick a shoe stretcher in them for a day or two to loosen them up. I have several pairs in different colors and they're all fantastic. ... show more

    • Cute Kickaround shoes that fit well and to size
My shoes arrived today and I was very pleased. I had ordered this first pair with some trepidation because I have wide feet and narrow heels. Other Blowfish sneakers had fit me well and I loved them. But this style with the elastic cross-over on the top, concerned me some. Also, the mixed reviews about size, and width problems, etc. left me unsure what to expect. What a great surprise. Right out of the box, they slipped on easily. I didn't even have to use a shoehorn. I wear a size 9 normally and ordered the size 9. It fit perfectly. I noticed the shoes were "hair" tight across the widest part of my foot, but they weren't in the least uncomfortable. I was also pleased that the heel wasn't sloppy, as is commonly the case. I haven't done a lot of walking in them for long distances or periods of time. If my opinion of thinking they are really cute, true to size, comfortable shoes changes, I will write an updated review. I really like Blowfish and I think they are a good value. I was a little bummed that I ordered the birch because it appeared to be a beige color but they are a green color.
