I am 140 lbs, 36DD, size 10. Usually a large in tops and medium in bottoms. I got a large in this. The cups in the top hardly covered, yet the band was too big with no way to adjust it, so it was ill fitting. I actually loved the bottoms - they were flattering for my mom pooch and covered just the right areas. If I could keep the bottoms and return only the top I would!

The bottom is nice and is high enough to help cover some tummy, but low enough to look flattering and cute. The top however, doesnt feel Very supportive. If you have a smaller chest it is ok, and covers up but doesn't really give good boost. Padding not very good. Overall it's OK but might get a different top for it.
