Top Amazon Reviews
Cameras are slow to connect and experience about a 3-5 second delay. Two-way communication is impossible. I have 400 Mbps internet and the Sync is 15 feet away from unit. Two of the seven cameras I purchased had connectivity issues. I did all of the appropriate troubleshooting, such as moving the sync module, resetting router, etc. They are clearly defective units. I reached out to Amazon on day 30 for an exchange. They said I would need to contact the manufacturer, which is Amazon, for a replacement. Eventually, they offered a full refund, but would not exchange. I purchased the units during Prime Days, so the current price is higher. I would not recommend these cameras.

If you live outside the USA or Canada, forget to use this camera. This is a good device. Easy to setup and easy to use
