You never know what to expect from a picture and online reviews, but for me, my expectations were exceeded with this dress. The fabric is kind of a nylon/rayon mixture and is a little heavy (the dress is also lined). But I wore this on a 90°+ day and felt very comfortable. I was worried how the ties would look, but they are a unique addition that cinch the dress. For some, it may give a the vibe of a maternity dress, but I didn’t think so. I’m a short gal, and it hit right at my knees. I probably could have sized down to a large, but I like extra space in my clothing and the ties helped tighten it up for me. I also really like the color and plan to wear this into fall.

I ordered this for my wife. It looks nice on her and she likes it for the most part. The material is light weight and cool for warm weather. The one thing she wasn't completely happy with were the ruffled sleeves. She felt there was more material than necessary (going around, not the length) which caused the sleeves to hang awkwardly. Overall, however, a nice summer dress.

I wanted to love this dress, and it was so close! The material is soft and it comes lined. I loved the overall look; perfect for summer. Problem is, the drawstring comes to the middle of my chest, with no room to pull it down and "make it work." I can see this maybe working on a shorter person, 5'5 and below. For reference, I am 6'0. Feedback for the seller: modify the drawstring to sit a bit lower and this dress would sell like crazy.

I am 5'1" and am forever searching for clothes that fit my shorter torso well. This dress does not disappoint. The drawstrings are pretty high on the bodice, so the rest of the dress drapes beautifully. I'm not a huge fan of how the drawstrings hang, so I plan on wearing the dress with a jacket, but still... I'm happy to have this as part of my summer wardrobe.

I typically wear a large which is what I got and wish I’d sized up one size. It’s a very cute dress, and it’s actually very flattering up top, but a huge my hips a bit more than I like as I have a curvy figure. And this type of fabric has no give to it. But it is well made, good quality fabric, and a flattering style. It’ll be great for summer if I wear some shapewear or smooth my curves out a bit.

I absolutely love this dress! Fit is true to size, and the material is soft and comfortable. I like that it's lined everywhere (except the arms), which helps with those clingy places. It's a heavier dress, but I like that because it hangs really well. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice quality, well-made dress. The material is thicker and heavier and portions of the dress are lined. It hangs well and doesn't wrinkle easily. It washed/dried nicely. The fit is just a bit off on me. The drawstrings, which are a nice detail, hit a little high, when they should be just below your chest, rather than right on top of it. With some tugging, I can get it about right, but that's not the way it is designed to be worn. I am normally a M/L and I ordered an L. Perhaps if I ordered an XL, there'd be a bit more room in the bust. If you have a smaller bust, it would probably fit better; if you have a larger bust, you may want to size up.
