As the details states, SIZE UP! Its a very pretty dress, we went up a size and the waist has NO stretch...so, we needed 2 sizes bigger. There was 1 piece of the lace overlay that wasn't sewn in which I would've fixed, no problem, had it fit. So we sent it back and will be ordering the bigger size. My daughter wears a size 14 and xl was too small. Just in the waist! The bust was fine! Everything else was great! Was worried the lace short sleeves would be scratchy, but it wasn't! Will review again when the bigger size comes in. And she was wearing colored undergarments and they did show through. We plan on getting a cami to go under and a slip. So, not REALLY bad. But thin.

I was far fussier than it looked in the pictures. Just a matter of taste though which is why I'm still giving it 3 stars. Nothing was wrong with the fabric or color but it wasn't for me. I returned it and got an immediate refund.

Soooo cute. I got loads of compliments. I absolutely love the dress because I usually dress pretty conservatively but I also want to be "in style." I felt covered up but still sexy at a white party on the beach. It was so perfect! The fabric is not super breathable so if you're a hot mess in a hot climate, keep that in mind, but it's still flowy enough that I was able to get enough air flow in 85 degree, humid weather and not totally pass out. Don't know when I'll be able to wear it again but I really love it! I have slightly bigger arms and a big butt but small ribcage and bust, so I found that a M was perfect for my 165 lb, 5'8" frame. The part of the dress you want to fit to you is the ribcage and bust because there isn't really any give there. Arm holes are spacious and butt area is flowy so even if you have a big booty, you should be fine. Also I'm pretty tall and the dress was pretty long on me (but perfect) so if you're a shorty, it might be too long for you.

This dress was pretty but I didn’t love that the trim areas were see-through. I prefer a more modest dress. It is also double layered with a lace overlay and felt too hot to me. Would be nice for formal events.
