I have had this refrigerator for three month’s. It works. It gets cold. It stays cold as long as I keep the door closed. Me personally I probably would’ve put a better shelving arrangement inside of the refrigerator and the freezer to accommodate different things at different times, but for now it works, no complaints. ... show more

They had to take it out of the packing to get it inside and then scratched the front really bad. Once we tried to install, the icemaker did not have instructions for hooking it up to the water line. It was very difficult to find the right connector. After all of that, I would suggest buying one that has installation included. ... show more

Mine came dented. Looks like someone took their aggression out on it. I couldn't see it when they delivered it. Only when I opened the packaging. The guys that delivered it were right on time. Did a great job! Installing the doors on the other side will not be an easy win. The screw holes on the left side at the top, were not tapped. :^( The light on the inside is pretty weak. Don't like that about it. No light for the freezer. The knobs on the bottom are not long enough to make the doors close automatically. No manual or booklet with it, not that I needed it. Smooth black paint on the front, but the sides are that textured look. Ooh and the attachment for the water is not ideal. The plate has to be removed to get to it and then, because they skimped on the tubing, I had to turn it completely upside down to get the Godforsaken thing to connect to the water supply. Absolutely terrible design. It didn't leak once connected though, which was a win. Overall, I would say get it if you think you can get over the forementioned things. ... show more

The ice machine does not work. And if you do buy this product. Do not use the services that Amazon provides to deliver. They are horrible. Very unprofessional. And they scratched my hardwood floor. Even after I told them they should pick up the old refrigerator. But they decided that they wanted to be lazy and drag it. ... show more

The refrigerator is nice and works. It haz the ice maker pre-installed. But, when they delivered it, they put in middle of tge floor and left. Still in the box. I got it out it out of the box a couple days later and the top corner edge has two dents and the plastic door hinge cover is cracked.

The black refrigerator looks awesome there are no dents or imperfections that I can see the people that delivered it no fault of their own Logistics gave him a very very hard time if you're going to get a refrigerator or a very large Appliance from Amazon be prepared for delay upon delay upon delay it is not the fault of the delivery people they were absolutely professional and excellent the refrigerator. We bought this as a second refrigerator and had it delivered right into our laundry room, the delivery guys were great, in and out quick. We did have to unbox and get rid of all the cardboard etc. No problem though. No dents and looks brand new as it should. Plugged in and started right up, it looks great in the stainless finish, worth the extra cost in my opinion. The built in ice maker was the selling point for us. We picked up an ice maker installation kit and water filter at the hardware store and hooked it up yesterday. It was dropping ice inside of 2 hours. It has the standard noise level like most refrigerators but again, ours is in the laundry room so any noise goes unnoticed. We would buy again for sure. ... show more
