It's has such a homely smell that it brings a wonderful feeling like.. nostalgic memories of the smell of grandmas house during Christmas. You smell the cookies and goodies getting baked... yeah just like that.. a warm smell but with oatmeal cookies. You have got to try this candle!!! It's so amazing!!! And it burns smoothly and lasts a while. Just make sure to follow the instructions and use common sense and I promise it's a great candle. (Cut the wicked down a tad bit, don't leave it burning for longer that 4 hours, etc) I didn't notice any popping and such before I realize "crap I didn't cut the wick down" lol. Thankfully it isn't like the homestyle candles in a jar, I love those candles but they pop like crazy and send hot ashes from the wick all over the place if you don't trim the wick. With these they're so subtle and smooth while burning that it didn't do it once for me. 110% recommended!! ... show more

This candle smells great and I look forward to buying more. It went unavailable for awhile but I'm glad I was able to buy these. The best thing is that they are paraben free. My family absolutely loves them.

It's a pleasant aroma, but it doesn't smell like fresh baked bread, at least not any homemade bread I've ever smelled. My mom used to bake bread regularly and nope, this just doesn't smell the same. It seems to have a hint of vanilla and I can't explain the other scents. I don't mind it but if you're looking for a real fresh baked bread aroma, this isn't it. ... show more
