I have been wearing Birki Profi clogs for work for over 15 years so I know what to expect. I ordered this pair based on ease of purchase. Since I was replacing the exact same product there were no sizing issues. If you have never worn these before I would recommend finding a birkenstock store and trying them on first because the sizing and fit is very dissimilar to other shoes. I wear a 12.5 to 13 in sneakers and I wear an 11 in these. There are many attractive features on these clogs that allow me to wear them for 10 to 12 hours a day with no discomfort. They are very slip resistant. The way the insert forms to the shape of your foot is great. My only issue with this order was that I ordered black clogs and received blue. ... show more

I use these shoes religiously for work. I'm a cook and an ex-dishwasher, and these were my go-to shoes. They're easy to clean, and nearly impervious to water. If the sole starts sliding around, just take a paper towel to the inside of these, dry them out, and they're good as new! Even as a cook, these are far better than any boots I've had thus far, and don't plan on changing a bit! All shoes fit differently, and these fit differently from other Birkenstock clogs I own. My feet are shaped like a single slice of pie: wide in front, narrower heel. This has troubled me all my life, though the Birkenstock regular 39's have been one of the more comfortable brands. I am not faulting these, they are well made, look durable, and I will wear them with warmer, thicker socks. Can't use them because they are so big. The company tried to get me to remove my review for a $20 credit. Why would I order anything else from them?? Reviews are meant so other consumers can get a heads up, not for bribery!!!! sorry not sorry!

i ordered the same size as my previous Birkis kitchen clog but this newest pair is just a little off but i cant quite put my finger on what it is. also these shoes are not a non-slip as my others. however they are still comfortable and fit with added inserts on top of the inserts that came with the shoe. ... show more

The insole shifts around/moves back and forth quite a bit as you walk. Gives the feeling you're loosing the shoes. The insole doesn't have as much support as other Birkis I owned. However, I do like that the back is higher.
