Oh my goodness, I love, love these clogs. I have three pairs now and the ones I'm currently reviewing are the wool felt ones. They are so so comfortable. I have a "please take your shoes off at the door" policy but it hurts my bony feet to go barefooted. So these are the shoes I wear in my house all of the time. I actually hate to take them off. Sounds weird, I know, but they are so comfortable whether you wear them with socks or without. Since they are wool felt, that makes them pliable. They are not scratchy if you chose to wear them without socks. They are warm but not too warm. Wool is great at modulating temperature and letting your feet breathe. I am satisfied with the fact that this shoe was sent to me new and promptly. However, I am VERY disappointed that I had to pay $5 to return the shoe when I found it didn't fit. I have never had to do that on Amazon previously.

Love birkenstock, last pair I had lasted over 12 yrs. Haven't woren these as of yet, there more for winter weather. However, did wear them for a while to make sure for was correct. Fit as expected!

Everything was good so far as of the shoe. My concern is that 2 times I e-mailed the company about this order. Both times I got a confirmation that they recieved the e-mail but still never replied with an order. This is the only concern I really had.

    • bad fit - out of luck and twice the price to return product to Europe. NOT Amzaon.

If it does not fit you will have to pay to ship back internationally. It will cost $30-50 to return, almost the same amount of purchase to return back to GB ( Great Brtiain). The strap pinch on side of foot - not well constructed! DO NOT RECOMMEND .
