Bought these 2 days ago, they arrived in 2 days after selecting standard shipping to Canada - amazing service! I have the arizona sandals with the regular footbed and loved them so much I wanted some clogs. But, because I will be standing in these more than walking, I decided I wanted the soft footbed. The soft footbed soles are much more plush and not entirely comparable to the regular sole. They are still supportive - that distinctive birkenstock footbed feel is there with great metatarsal and arch support - but they definitely have a lot more give to them. The leather upper is thick but soft and very comfy. The leather on the soft footbeds feels a little softer and thinner than on the regular footbeds. For those who love their birks but just want something a little more cushy, these are the answer! For those who wanted to love birks but couldn't take the "hard" footbeds, this is exactly what you've been looking for. I ordered the same size as my arizona sandals - I measure a size 10.5 medium US mens shoe on a brannock device, which according to the Birkenstock chart is a 43. But I find the 43 too large, with my toes a bit far from the end and unable to grip the toe-bar properly. So I fit a 42 regular in birkenstocks. The boston clogs fit very similar to the arizonas in terms of length and width, but the heel cup is very slightly less deep (but still quite supportive), and perhaps slightly narrower than on my arizona sandals. Because they have only one strap, they do fit looser on my low volume feet. I can wear them barefoot on the last notch, or on the second notch with regular socks. But since they are new, they will no doubt stretch, and I might have to cut a new notch for the buckle eventually. All in all a great piece of footwear. I am a recent and now devoted birkenstock convert after shunning them for years.Finally, my feet are getting the support they need, and in a handsome and comfortable package. And at the reduced prices offered here, it's a no-brainer!

Birkenstock's are great shoes; I have a wide foot and am hard to fit but the regular women's usually fits perfectly, depending on the style of the shoe. For some styles, I find a 39 reg is a better fit and for other styles the 38 R is fine. Fortunately returns are easy to do and exchanges are quick. The shoe is very comfortable --- roomy toe box, soft suede that shapes your foot, most are adjustable. I have a high arch and these shoes with the toe bar give excellent support. And, best of all they wear and wear and wear, making them well worth the investment.

Shoes came with no box thankfully they were for myself and not a gift! And with them not in a box there was a piece of tape on the toe of one shoe and when pulled off left a small mark but other than that the shoes were fine!

Several issues with this order that led me to return the shoes immediately after receiving them. Let me start with the pros about this order before I get into the cons… PROS: 1. Color is on point, true to the listing photo. 2. They arrived a day earlier than anticipated. CONS: 1. I ordered these shoes under the false pretense of them being a softbed style, which unfortunately it is not. The shoe is extremely uncomfortable and rigid, not in asupportive way, and not in the same fashion as my other current Birkenstocks and those in the past. 2. I ordered these as a “New” item, which they also were not. The shoes arrived with scratches (not scuffs) as well as stains (not aged leather markings) which appear to be liquid, as well as possibly black mold stains. 3. The shoes arrived in an damaged box, however they were so squished into the box that the tops of them were pushed in so tightly that I was barely able to get my foot into them. 4. I am typically a size 8-8.5 womens, regular/medium width, however I ordered these in a size 9W/7M (regular width) as I had been searching for them and they were only $108, compared to the Birkenstock website which was $155. They were too big, so I would have returned them anyways simply based on this, however the 2 issues outlined above warranted a return anyhow. This is not the fault of the seller, but rather an ordering error on my part. Hope this helps!

Fits my size 7 feet perfectly...as the least bottoms do...that part is always so cozy! The part that goes over my foot though is a little spacious. Wish there was a way to make it tighter around my toes and that part of my foot. I do have skinny feet and the strap you can adjust doesnt go small enough. Going to have to make my own hole!
