OH. MY. GOSH. I love these shoes so much! When I first got them, I didn't understand what all the hype was about, I thought they looked weird, but then they grew on me, and I wear them almost every day. The fit is true to size, I got 8-10, and they fit me and they fit my sister who has size 10 feet, and they fit my mom who wears 9s. They are such good quality too, I've been wearing them down for the past 3 years and they just look lived in, whereas the knock off versions I've seen on other people wear out very fast. I take these with me everywhere, and they're usually what I end up putting inside my bag because they're lightweight and easy to pack into a duffel. I was skeptical at first, but these are genuinely the best thing I've ever spent my money on, great value. I haven't had an issue with shoe flexibility either, they bend great, and the cork molds to your foot shape, so they're even more comfortable to wear, and they slip on and off quite easily. ... show more

    • Great shoes!
I ordered a narrow as I have a rather narrow foot; however, while the length of the shoe is perfect, the width is too wide. If I tighten the strap across my instep to the tightest hole, it's too tight against my instep. However, I have a little higher instep than normal. The footbed comfort is awesome. My feet never get tired in these shoes. I'm planning to try either the felt or a suede in the same style in the hopes that the material/leather will be soft enough to allow for my higher instep so that I can have the buckle on the tightest hole. The only reason I gave these shoes 4 stars rather than 5 was the width issue. If you have a medium width foot, I would think the narrow would fit fine. I need to update my review since I've now worn these clogs for a week or two. The leather which originally was quite stiff, is now more broken in. So I can now tighten the buckle to the tightest hole and these shoes now fit well and I'm not walking out of them. Yay! If my feet are tired from wearing other shoes, I find instant foot relief when I slip into my Birks. I thought my Crocs were comfortable, but these Birks far surpass the Crocs in comfort and provide much more support for my feet and arches. Ok so they’re not the cutest, ok maybe their downright ugly, but boy oh boy do they ever make the feet feel good! I have been a Birkenstock user for 30 years, generally getting a new set of Arizona’s every ten years or so. I have always longed for a pair of Boston’s for colder weather use. But I never could justify their cost. Well… my timberland clogs were at the end of their useful life and I needed a replacement. I tried a number of different clogs but none even came close to the usability of the timberlands. Knowing that I could always go to the Birkenstock Boston’s as a last resort. I finally reached that point but was able to found these in the exact style I wanted AND for under one hundred dollars on amazon, which is alone amazing. When the little smiley box arrived I ripped open the box and I put them. My feet felt like they were at home, and the smile was now on my face. I am use to Birkenstock’s so I know that I have to break them in, which I am doing slowly. Based on my experience with the Arizona’s I am assuming that I will get 10 to 12 years out of these guys easy. They’re not as rugged as my Timberlands but until I can find a new pair of timberlands, these will more than work for me. True Birkenstock fit, great price, quickly shipped, received in good shape. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I am ki nda cheap so I usually don't spend a lot of money on shoes bit these are totally worth it, plus I got them at a great price! At lot of review I read people complained how uncomfortable they were and how their feet hurt after wearing them. Nonsense, first off don't wear them o. Day o e for 12hrs straight, in fact don't do that with any brand new pair of shoes! I normally wear crocs at home, between kids and pets it's safer to wear something on your feet. So I've been breaking these in, and I gotta say my feet feel to much better at the end of the Day! I love that they are easy to slip on and off as needed. As far as fit I ended up ordering a 37 M. I usually have the but a size women's 7 to allow most shoes to fit comfortably. I have wide feet and these shoes are wide enough I could order true to size, 6.5 women's. High arcs and a wide toes box, are a great fit for my feet. I will be ordering another pair soon in black for work! I am a RN and work 12hr night shifts so good shoes are critical in my line of work! ... show more

Highly recommended, these are very comfortable and the fit is perfect. I ruptured my plantar fasciitis and these were recommended by my doctor to help with scar tissue that was bothering me. I have to say being on my feet 12 hours these help.

    • My feet are in love!
I've always loved and trusted the Birkenstock brand and when my employer decided to implement a new dress code that no longer allowed us to wear our athletic shoes to work I decided to go on a hunt for an affordable pair of Birkenstock clogs. The last pair I bought through Amazon was a size smaller and that made them a bit too tight to wear with heavy winter socks. As many of you are probably also experiencing, we've had some brutally cold weather this winter, so heavy socks are mandatory to keep my toes toasty. I absolutely LOVE the dark brown leather and find these to live up to the high Birkenstock standards! I have plantar fasciitis, gout and arthritis which all contribute to ongoing or potential issues with my feet. These shoes help lessen the pain and provide the support needed while still fitting within the business casual attire required at work. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a comfortable pair of shoes that provide support and will last a long time.     • Perfect for My Husband's Sore Feet
Size: 12-12.5 Color: Tobacco Oiled Leather
I ordered the Boston clog in the Tobacco color for my husband. He has never worn clogs in his life or worn any Birkenstock products for that matter. I am a lifelong lover of both clogs and Birkenstock's products. My husband is a soccer player and often has problems with his feet due to the fact that most soccer players like to wear their soccer boots on the small side because they think it gives them a better feel for the ball...what it really gives them is ingrown toenails. He has been in pain for weeks. I ordered these without telling him because I knew he would take one look at them and say he was not wearing a clog. My theory was that once he put them on he would love them so much it wouldn't matter that it was a Birkenstock clog...that is exactly what happened. He put them on last night when he came home from work and wore them until he went to bed. Then he actually wore them to work today. He loves them. I ordered a size 45 M. He wears a size 11.5 in most shoes. His feet are on the wider side of average and he has a very high instep. The 45 M was perfect for him. I like the Tobacco color. It is a bit lighter than I thought it would be, but it looked nice with the olive green chinos he wore today. ... show more
