Bought these on their website. They allow returns for 30 days. I had mine for not quite two months when the strap broke while I was sitting at a dinner table. They called it normal wear and tear or user caused. I call it a failed strap - not only did the rivet break, the strap is not suede like the rest of the shoe, is slightly darker in color and they have attempted to adhere it to the shoe body in a way that doesn't seem to be sustainable.
