I've had leather/cork models before, but this is my first pair of EVA. They are impossibly light and comfortable. Wanted an open-toe shoe with good support that could get wet and be easily cleaned. Sizing can be a little tricky. I typically wear a 10-1/2 shoe and the sizing guide directed me to a size 43, but I know from former experience that a 42 fits my foot, which translates to a 9 to 9-1/2 size for men's. My only comment, which would apply to any plastic-strapped shoe is that because the material does not breathe, it can get a little sticky under the straps in warm weather. ... show more

I always loved Birkenstocks, but when I became vegan it got hard to find good sandals. Thankfully, I found these awesome Arizona's and they are perfect (and vegan). Go to the beach; get them dirty; just wash them off. My second pair, these are durable and I got to say more comfortable than the leather ones I used to wear. I usually wear 9.5 or 10, but I picked the smaller size (42) which usually correlate to size 9. Even though I have wide feet, they fit great. ... show more

Love the rubber Birkenstocks for the pool or the beach. They are very comfortable with good arch support and very easy to clean if they get dirty or sandy.

The cork and leather sandals in the ad are not what you'll receive. These are the plastic ones. This is my first ever pair of Birkenstock's. I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist for to my plantar fasciitis. These are comfortable, although you have to get used to the hard arch. I like that they're extremely lightweight and waterproof. Not counting on these lasting very long to be honest. Not sure how long plastic buckles and straps will last. Genuine Birkenstock. I compared them with the ones from DICK’S Sporting, but they didn’t have black ones! I finally found the perfect sandal to wear at home! Perfect because they are wide for my long toes! And I finally found my size in Birkenstock, which is 42.

Very comfortable as always from this brand. They also light on the feet almost you wearing nothing. Love the black color and it’s easy to wash whenever it dirty and dries pretty fast.

These shoes are so great! They fit my wide, flat feet really well, they give just enough arch support to be comfortable but not so much that my flat arches hurt, they could definitely have more arch support but they give me just enough to be able to wear them for a few hours. They really mold to your foot. And they're waterproof! I wear them to public showers, the beach and around my house. They're cute enough that you could wear them in most casual settings.
