True to size (lengthwise). I wear a US 13 and have these in a 36. Also i often need a wide shoe. These sandals are comfortably wide, but they seem to be bulging/stretching out a bit at the widest part of my foot. (See photos) But they’re conforming to the shape and not feeling too tight at all. They are not cushiony at all, which surprised (and disappointed) me a bit when I first slipped them on. But they have really great support and I’ve gotten used to them now and really look forward to wearing them. Overall I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive sandal and don’t need an extra wide size. ... show more
