I have lymphademia and these were recommended by my physical therapist as a substitute for wrapping. I'm glad I went with her recommendation for sizing-- if I had gone with the sizing chart they would have been too large! They were great, but I have a short torso and the stomach area is so high and long that it was too big and doubling it up was too much compression when I sat down. Others really love these.

I bought what was recommended for my measurements for stage 2 lipedema/restless leg. They recommended size is very comfortable and feels like a sports legging. If you want COMPRESSION, compression, size it down. I’ll be ordering another size here soon.

I was afraid they would rip because some reviews said they were thin. They aren't as thin as pantyhose. With any stretch stockings you have to be careful putting them on, you can't just yank them up. These were super easy to get on. I am 5'7 and am 260 pounds. By the chart I should have ordered a 3X but I went with a 2X. The only problem is they are so long they came up to my bra. Maybe if I had ordered just an XL they might have been shorter. I still have plenty of room in them and I have thick thighs and middle. They feel amazing though! ... show more

I absolutely adore my new leggings. As a plus sized gal with hypermobile Ehlers-danlos and POTS I struggle to find compression garments that fit properly. My geneticist highly recommended I wear compression garments to help with my dysautonomia and with circulation & blood pooling. Thanks to hEDS I have very fragile skin and was worried about the tightness of these tights, but they really weren’t bad at all to put on (took me roughly 5 minutes though I was out of breath) and they are much more comfortable for me to wear longterm vs compression socks which I always end up ripping off by 4pm. I really like that I can wear my normal socks with these leggings and I am so comfortable, I could easily sleep in these leggings (and honestly might!). I personally love the high waist, it is extremely comfortable and slimming. I had cancer surgery three months ago and was nervous about these as I have lots of uneven swelling in my abdomen still, but these leggings are quite comfortable on my scar and I believe are helping me to feel more supported while my core muscles are still healing, and as the swelling subsides. I consider them to be more of a thick tights material vs leggings and personally wouldn’t wear them without a long shirt or dress as you can see faint underwear colors through them, but I’m self-conscious.
