In the past, I mostly got the type of trimmers that are pen sized and really small and take a AAA battery, and they've been pretty reliable but I wanted to find something rechargeable. This had really good reviews so I decided to go for it. It had a slight charge out of the box, but I ended up going ahead and charging it anyway. You can charge it with a cord or plug the cord into the stand and charge it that way. There are two heads to it - one is your classic style trimmer, the other is one of those round trimmers. There's also a guard option. I tried both out and found both worked for me pretty well. Neither snagged my hair. In general, I think it works best to use the regular trimmer and then go in for an even closer shave with the round one. The only thing I did notice is that I have extremely sensitive skin, and after using the round trimmer and then taking a shower, I had a bit of a red rash on the skin where I used it. It went away quickly, but still something I noticed. I am sensitive to some metals, so could be that. In any case, I have used it on very sensitive areas and it has worked well for me. Seems like it will last a long time, so I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am beyond happy with this bikini trimmer! From the moment I used it, I knew I had made the right choice. The sleek pink design is adorable, but more importantly, it works incredibly well. This review is coming from someone with more sensitive skin, so my results may not be the same as others when using this trimmer. This is the first trimmer I’ve ever used. I’ve only been able to use razors due to the roots of my hair being quite stubborn and hard to remove otherwise (I’ve tried waxing, but it only left irritation to my skin and hair follicles). To also note, my body hair is decently long and coarse. Pros: • Good battery. Charge holds well whether it’s directly plugged into the USB or into the charging dock. It charges quickly too. • Very good trim. I would highly recommend to use both detachable heads or else you won’t get a smooth enough finish. Keep in mind that it will not give you the same exact finish that a razor or waxing does. Trimmers only trim off hair that’s exposed at the surface. • Light weight. The trimmer doesn’t require much strength to hold for long periods, which is good if you’re attempting to shave larger sections of body hair and don’t want your arm or wrist getting tired. It’s also compact and easy to take with you on the go! • Great power. The trimmer works amazingly to remove and smooth down body hair. I was initially worried that it wouldn’t work well for the price it was listed at, but I’m glad to say that I wasn’t disappointed! • Easy to clean. Detachable heads can be taken apart to be soaked and properly sanitized, which is a plus if there are hairs stuck or built-up in the blades. The trimmer also comes with a tiny brush to help clean out hairs, which was also helpful (it works better when dealing with stuck dry hairs than wet hair). • Waterproof. This was a huge benefit to me, as dry shaving or trimming only makes potential irritation I get from shaving 10 times worse. You can also detach the heads in the shower with little difficulty in order to rinse out hairs in the blades. Cons: • Can get a bit clogged with hair. It may just be due to me having thicker body hair, but I did have to detach the heads fairly often to rinse out hair while trimming, as they’d make it difficult for the blades to continue cutting through my hair. This may be different for people with less or thinner body hair. • Can cause irritation for sensitive skin if used for dry trimming. While it advertises that it’s good to use on sensitive skin, it’s definitely more of a yes-and-no for me. It worked well while using it in the shower, but I’d personally not use it when my skin is dry (whether it’s pre or even post shower after drying off). Using it dry, whether in more sensitive areas (armpits and bikini area) or less sensitive areas (legs, arms, etc.), I’d end up with red marks, burning/irritation, or ingrown hair and acne. This was my biggest and only real issue when using the trimmer, but I’m aware that I have my own skin sensitivities and that it may not be the same for everyone, so this is more of a be careful and see what works for you to anyone with more sensitive skin like mine. I’ll definitely be using this trimmer only for in-shower hair removal and not for in-a-pinch dry skin hair removal. This is the only reason why I took one star off of my review. • Replacing or taking off the body shaver blade is a bit of a workout at times. It’s a 50/50 on if you’ll be able to slide it off or be straining your hands to remove it. With that, I’d say that I really recommend the trimmer, as it works surprisingly well and was honestly an amazing purchase! Everyone’s skin and body hair is different, so please be aware and know what will or won’t work for you when purchasing products that are meant to remove hair or make contact with your skin. 🩷

Looking for a nice compact trimmer for the bikini area and other areas also. The trimmer was wonderfully priced and works absolutely fabulously! The husband loves how silky smooth the skin is in the areas I use it. Very compact and easy to pack, it doesn't take up a lot of room and the rechargeable battery holds a great charge for trips. I love that it comes with a base to charge it in also rather than having to plug it into a wall outlet. The different heads make the trimmer very versatile for different areas. No hair pulling, plenty of power and does the job quickly! Best purchase in a long time!
