Initially delivered the box was open - not sure if it was mishandled by delivery company - but inspection of contents revealed no items missing or damaged. Received e-mail from Bifanuo (delivered via Amazon) that there was a problem with my order. I assured them that all items were received and did not make a complaint, Bifanuo states they were reaching out to ensure good customer service and if I contacted their Support team they would send and additional carry bag. I personally did not like how this was handled as they had to sneak their support e-mail address into the message by spelling it out over several lines (this is shady in my book) SUP - everything I expected, good condition, no leaks - this will be a great learning tool without breaking the bank 3 piece paddle - pretty good - floats Pump - Single action - not double action as advertised (kinda disappointed but not enough to file a complaint) Backpack - rebranded Rohe - Padded shoulder straps - thin padding but better than nothing ... show more

First of all I would give this company 5 stars for the excellent customer service! I received the wrong board and they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. In this company the customer's needs come first. And second the quality of everything included is great. I was worried it wouldn't be for the price I was paying. You definitely get the best bang for your buck here! I bought the 30" wide board and for me and my kids it was the perfect size. For my husband who is 6'6'' and weighs about 215 lbs, I would probably recommend a wider board for his beginner size. But overall I am extremely happy with my purchase from here! ... show more

We have been wanting an inflatable paddle board for a while now and found these by chance. We ordered them online and within a week, they were delivered. We took them out the very next weekend and found them to be very easy to inflate, maneuver, and store away when done. Our kit came with the board, pump, fins, foot lanyard, waterproof phone case, patches and glue, and the carry bag for everything! We contacted the seller regarding a question and they were extremely responsive and helpful too. We already have recommended this to coworkers and will continue to recommend this to others. This is a wonderful product! Everything that was promised arrived in great condition. The hand pump can be a lot, but it works perfectly. It took about 20 minuets to fully inflate the board. Once inflated, it is very firm, but very light to carry. The adjustable paddle is nice to have so it does not matter how tall or short you are, it will fit you. My first time on a standup paddle board this past weekend. This Bifanuo board is of great quality and easy to setup and use. The package came with everything needed to get on the water - carry case, pump, fins, water proof bag (cell phone and whatever). It was easy to inflate and much lighter that I thought it would be! The size was perfect for me and helped make the experience so enjoyable, Deflating the board and packing back into the carry case was fast and easy. This board has proven to be amazing! So Easy to pack in and pack out. My only slight downfall would be the manual pump but wasn't a deal breaker. We bought an electric pump to speed up our time but this is a great board especially for The price!

This review is less about the board and more about the people sending it! Since customer service is no longer a priority to most I wasn’t expecting much. I ended up having to return the board simply because teenage girls change their minds a lot…. They were so quick to respond and so helpful that I would buy from them again and again!
