This deck of cards is awesome. They are very slippery and it can be hard to read them when there are bright lights overhead but they shuffle well and are easy to hold. This was a stocking stuffer purchase and it went over very well!

Very nice quality, but a bit slippery. I've accidentally tossed the deck while shuffling a few times. The cards are easily readable with the gold foil, but may be a bit tricky for dealers when playing.

I like the feel of these black plastic cards. The edges have not cracked. But in the picture you can see that after a few months of light use by adults, the cards are scuffed. The main problem is that when playing a game in which suits matter, these cards are not easy to discern the suit. Diamonds & hearts are not red. Any red suit is gold and the black suits are silver. Playing canasta was hard because people could not easily see what was a red three for example. If red suits had some red, it would be helpful.
